Located in the exclusive Aspen Court cul-de-sac with mature trees, wildlife areas and plenty of room to enjoy your holiday. It has its own tarmac parking space, room for a second car on the grass behind and a patio area with tables and chairs.

It is a Willerby Bermuda 37' x 12' which is one of the largest on the park with a spacious lounge, fully equipped kitched, dining area, double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, a large shower room and separate toilet.

Equipped with double glazing and gas central heating it is warm and cosy in all weathers, and unlike some owners we do not lock the controls away so you can choose your own levels of heating.

The lounge has a large TV with digital channels, a DVD player with a selection of family DVDs, a CD player and radio. The kitchen has a cooker with oven and grill, a microwave, toaster, kettle and large fridge with freezer compartment. All cutlery, crockery, glases and pots and pans are provided.
